Hello! I am Rekha D, a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist practicing since 2015. I believe communication is the foundation of human connection, and I am dedicated to helping individuals express themselves with confidence and ease. I completed my Bachelor’s in Speech & Hearing in 2013 and Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology in 2015 from the All India Institute of Speech and Hearing, Mysuru. I have also pursued a Fellowship in Voice and Swallowing Pathology from KIMS, Trivandrum, along with certifications in AVAZ and Oral Placement Therapy Level 1 & 2.
Over the years, I have worked with individuals across different age groups and abilities, supporting them in areas such as speech clarity, language development, stuttering, and feeding and swallowing. My approach is rooted in evidence-based therapy, compassion, and personalization. I strongly believe in collaborating with parents and caregivers to ensure therapy outcomes extend into daily life. I also specialize in voice therapy, feeding and swallowing disorders, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), including AVAZ.

Work Experience
Since 2015, I have been practicing as a Speech-Language Pathologist, working with individuals across various settings and age groups. My experience includes managing speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders using personalized and evidence-based therapy approaches. I have supported children with developmental delays, individuals with fluency disorders, and adults with communication and swallowing challenges.
I have delivered both in-person sessions and online speech therapy in India, making therapy accessible to clients from different regions.
