I am Harshita, a trained Psychologist and Special Educator. Since 2019, I have been practicing in the field of mental health and disability, gaining experience in various settings, including schools and clinical setups.
I deeply believe that mental health is a delicate matter that requires the utmost care and sensitivity. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space for individuals of all ages, where they feel understood and empowered.
In my practice, I incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches, including art therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), positive psychology, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I work with individuals facing challenges such as self-esteem issues, stress, anxiety, work-life balance struggles, and relationship concerns.
