I am a certified and trained Occupational Therapist with extensive experience in assessing
and treating children with special needs and individuals with orthopedic conditions across
different age groups. Since 2017, I have been dedicated to helping people achieve
independence in their daily activities through functional and client-centered interventions.
My professional journey has taken me through various clinics, hospitals, and organizations
where I have worked with diverse populations — including children, adults, and individuals
with special needs. I have hands-on experience in pediatrics, orthopedics, and special
needs rehabilitation.
My expertise lies in conducting thorough assessments, creating personalized therapy plans,
and delivering effective interventions tailored to each client’s unique requirements. I
believe in a holistic and client-centred approach that ensures empathy, transparency, and
active involvement of families in the therapy process.
Over the years, I have refined my skills through continuous learning, staying updated with

Work Experience
Deepshikha’s professional journey began in Delhi at Sensitivity, where she worked in an early intervention group preparing children for mainstream schools by focusing on skill development and pre-handwriting readiness. At Subha – The New Start, she supported children with developmental delays, sensory issues, and difficulties in daily living skills. Later, at Jamia Hamdard, she expanded her expertise by working with orthopedic cases while also addressing pediatric handwriting and behavioral challenges. Here, she served as both an academician and a research guide. Across every role, Deepshikha has maintained a compassionate, client-focused approach, helping children and families achieve meaningful progress and independence.
