Clinical Expertise
My clinical expertise lies in working with children with autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, behavioral management issues, and emotional regulation needs. I provide individualized therapy using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), and parent guidance programs. I also conduct functional assessments and design tailored care plans for long-term progress. My work includes family counseling, parental coaching, and developing emotional literacy in children. I integrate art-based therapies and stress management tools to enhance self-expression and coping skills. By adopting a holistic and systemic approach, I ensure therapy empowers not only the child but their family and support system as well.

Research Areas
My research focuses on understanding how environment and innovative interventions shape mental health outcomes. Projects include the impact of physical exercise on self-esteem and exercise addiction, a systematic review of virtual reality for anxiety assessment, and exploring the psychological effects of natural disasters on populations in the Philippines. These projects have strengthened my expertise in identifying effective tools for therapy and emotional resilience. I remain dedicated to advancing research in child psychology, autism therapy, and anxiety interventions, ensuring my clinical work is informed by the latest evidence. This balance between research and practice enables me to deliver scientifically grounded, compassionate care.
