Vikaas is a daycare program that was introduced by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India. Its main goal is to give people with disabilities who reach the age of ten more opportunities to develop their interpersonal and vocational skills as they move into older age groups.
